OUR WINES

REDS
There are a wide variety of red wines, all of which are derived from red grape varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet, and Zinfandel. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are two of the most popular types of red wine. Red wine is also higher in antioxidants than other varieties, making it potentially beneficial to heart health when consumed in moderation.
WHITES
White wines are produced from grapes that may have a yellow, green, or even black skin. White wines can be dry or sweet. The most popular of this variety is Chardonnay, made from the Chardonnay grape known as the "winemaker's grape" because of the plethora of styles of wine that can be created from it.

SPARKLING
Sparkling wines possess a high level of carbon dioxide that makes them fizzy. In most cases, this carbon dioxide is the result of a secondary fermentation process. Sparkling wines tend to be sweeter in taste. The most famous variety of sparkling wine is champagne, although technically only sparkling wines produced in the Champagne wine region of France are called champagnes.
FORTIFIED
In fortified wines, a distilled spirit is added to the wine after fermentation. Usually, this spirit is brandy. Popular varieties of fortified wines include Port, Sherry, and Marsala. By adding a distilled spirit, fortified wines tend to taste stronger and sweeter.
